How much is Delivery?
Standard mainland UK delivery is £7.95 to a single mainland UK address.
Do you accept overseas orders?
The Online Christmas Fair website does not offer international delivery options. However, if you would like to order for international delivery please visit each Brand's website and order from them directly.
Can I add to my order after checkout?
If you need to amend an order please contact each Brand individually. Contact links can be found on their profile pages in the Brand A-Z listing.
Is your pricing up to date?
Prices are valid from 14th November 2023. We endeavour to ensure up to date pricing on all items, however please bear in mind that errors can occur. Please contact hello@onlinechristmasfair.com or the individual Brand if you have a discrepancy.
Stock availability
We endeavour to keep stock levels accurate on the Online Christmas Fair website. However our Brands are also selling on their own websites and live events during the busy Christmas period so in the event of a stock issue, the individual Brand will contact you directly.
